You can also grate the cucumber and the place it on your eyes for 15 minutes. You will be able to see reduction in the puffiness in a few days. This will also help if you have dark circles under your eyes.

Egg white has excellent skin tightening properties. To get immediate relief from swollen and puffy eyes, beat the egg white and apply it under your eyes with a soft brush. Leave it on for about 15 minutes or till the time it dries up and becomes stiff. Wash it with warm water and see the difference immediately. Use it regularly to prevent puffiness.

If you drink enough water your body will be hydrated and there will be less of water retention that may be the reason for puffiness under the eyes.
